How will this camp benefit you?

With so much cricket being lost this year due to the pandemic, we are here to help fast track your learning and preparation, giving you that extra edge towards achieving your desired goals in 2021.

All our summer camps accompany the normal Institute of Cricket Winter Programmes (running from December 2020), with this camp being specifically designed to make up for the valuable lost training hours due to COVID-19, helping accelerate your preparations for a successful 2021 season.

We know what is required for you to reach your goals, so with the 2021 season fast approaching, let us help you become better equipped and ready to succeed…

What’s involved?

Spending the week in the life of a professional player in pre-season training, we will start by blowing away the cobwebs and amending any technical issues you have, to ensure you develop a repeatable and sustainable technique, as well as explaining how you can progress this further to push you ahead of your peers.

We will then advance into developing and enhancing your skill levels to be able to adapt to each format and situation that a cricket season can throw at a player, from psychological skills to batting, bowling, and wicket-keeping specific skill development.

Finally, the camp will culminate in every player participating in a specific middle practice, developing strategies for coping with different game scenarios; a hugely valuable tool for every player’s pre-season preparations.

The venue has both indoor and outdoor facilities so whatever the weather, we will not lose out on any cricket development!

*As normal, all Institute of Cricket Camps will strictly adhere to government and ECB guidelines regarding COVID-19.
